You are eligible for benefits if you are a regular, full-time team member hired to work 64 hours or more biweekly, or if you are a regular, part-time team member hired to work 40 hours or more biweekly. You may also enroll your eligible dependents in benefits coverage.
The cost of health care can be a major burden. Moffitt pays the majority of our team members’ health care costs. Our medical and dental plans include comprehensive preventive benefit coverage at no cost to you. Team members can earn a wellness reward for completing wellness activities, such as an annual adult physical and an age-recommended cancer screening.
Moffitt offers a choice among three medical plan options administered by Aetna. Prescription drug benefits through CVS Caremark are automatically included when you enroll.
Moffitt offers two comprehensive dental coverage options administered by Guardian. The plans include 100% coverage for preventive care exams and yearly cleanings with in-network providers. One option also includes adult and child orthodontics.
The vision coverage, through EyeMed, includes routine eye care expenses, including examinations and eyewear.

Basic Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance
Moffitt also provides life and accidental death & dismemberment
(AD&D) insurance. You may elect additional employee-paid coverage for yourself, your spouse and your children.
Moffitt provides both short-term and long-term disability plans. Your benefit will depend upon your role within the organization.

New and rehired Moffitt team members are automatically enrolled into the Moffitt 403(b) Retirement Plan.
After one year of service, Moffitt provides a generous matching contribution to your retirement account. Moffitt’s contributions are fully vested after three years.
