To advance and accelerate the most promising cancer research and treatments, Moffitt Cancer Center established the Research Innovation Fund in 2020. In partnership with Moffitt leaders in each of the research areas, the fund will provide seed funding for meritorious projects and key research initiatives at the center. This includes new research development studies, clinical trials, and treatments that are at the forefront of making the next remarkable scientific breakthrough for our patients.
Last year's luncheon featured Keynote Speaker Dr. Jenny Permuth. Nearly $400,000 was raised to fund innovative research at Moffitt.
Gifts to Moffitt Cancer Center help advance powerful cancer-fighting programs, including innovative research and treatments, education and community outreach, and the highest level of patient and family care.
