How do I make a gift online?

It’s easy! Please visit our online donation page at Moffitt.org/Donate.

Can I make a gift by phone?

Absolutely! Please call us toll-free at 1-800-456-3434, ext. 1403 and we’d be happy to process your donation.

Am I able to mail my donation to you?

Of course, please print out and complete our downloadable form and mail it to:

If sending a check, please make it out to "Moffitt Cancer Center Foundation" and indicate the name of the honoree or designated area of support in the memo line.

Will I receive a tax receipt for my donation?

Yes, online donations will receive an acknowledgment right after the gift is processed and will be sent to the email address listed.  Mailed donations (over $5) will receive an acknowledgment letter in the mail once the gift is processed in our system.

I can’t find the tax receipt you sent me.  Can I receive a replacement?

We would be happy to send you a duplicate copy! Please email us at FoundationInfo@Moffitt.org or call us toll-free at 1-800-456-3434, ext. 1403. Be sure to include your full name and complete mailing address, as well as the date and amount of your donation, in your email so that we can properly locate you in our database.

How can I make a donation in honor of a loved one? 

Gifts in honor of a loved one may be made online at Moffitt.org/Give/HonorLovedOne. You may also email us at FoundationInfo@Moffitt.org or call us toll-free at 1-800-456-3434, ext. 1403. Please see above for instructions to mail a donation.

What language can be used in an obituary?

The following is suggested language that may be helpful for an obituary or other tribute:

“In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to the Moffitt Cancer Center Foundation. Donations can be made by mailing a check to Moffitt Cancer Center Foundation, MBC-FOU, 12902 Magnolia Drive, Tampa, FL 33612; online at Moffitt.org/Donate; or by calling 1-800-456-3434 ext. 1403.”

Please include: Honoree/memorial name; name of family member(s) to be notified; address of family member(s) to be notified when gifts are made; and designation if you would like to have all gifts made in their name be directed to a specific program area.

How can I make a donation in honor of a Moffitt team member who cared for me?

I am moving and I would like to continue hearing from the Moffitt Cancer Center Foundation.  How do I update my address?

Please email us at FoundationInfo@Moffitt.org with your full name, old address, new address and effective date of move, or call us toll-free at 1-800-456-3434 ext. 1403.

I would like to stop receiving mail or email from the Moffitt Cancer Center Foundation. How can I update my preferences?  

Please send us an email to FoundationInfo@Moffitt.org and let us know if you wish to change the frequency of our communications (quarterly, annually, etc.) or if you wish to be removed completely from our mailing list. You can also call us toll-free at 1-800-456-3434 ext. 1403.

How can I learn more about making gifts through bequests, wills, gift annuities, IRAs, or real estate?
