Rose Baker Reilly is President and Founder of Baker Reilly and Associates, providing consulting and executive coaching to organizations and senior executives. Rose is the former Managing Partner at Heidrick & Struggles Intl. with over 17 years of experience in executive coaching and executive search. Prior to executive search, Rose spent nearly 17 years at the Royal Bank of Canada as a leader in both Investment Banking and Wealth Management. She earned her HBA, finance concentration, from The University of Western Ontario, Business School and completed the Leading Professional Service program at Harvard Business School and Executive Coaching Certification program from Columbia University. She and her husband Paul live in St. Petersburg and enjoy a busy life with six daughters living in three different cities across North America.

Angela Biever is an experienced executive and was chief administrative officer of Raymond James Financial from 2008 to 2013. She was also a Board Member of Raymond James from 1997 to 2008. Angela was previously vice president of Intel Capital and managing director of Intel Capital’s Consumer Internet Sector, where she had worldwide responsibility for venture capital investments in consumer-related internet businesses and technologies. Prior to working at Intel, Angela was an executive at First Data Corporation, American Express and Time, Inc. and was a consultant with McKinsey & Co. Angela earned a Bachelor’s in Business from Queen’s University, Kingston, Canada, and a Master of Business Administration from Harvard University.

Joe Caballero is a Managing Member of EROC Advisors, LLC., a corporate strategic advisory firm. He has held various leadership roles, including Tampa Bay Market President and EVP for Seacoast Bank, and CEO, President, and Director of GulfShore Bank and GulfShore Bancshares, Inc. He holds a B.S. in Finance from Florida State University, a Master of Accountancy from the University of South Florida, and is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in Florida. Joe serves as an independent director for Carter Multifamily Growth & Income Funds II, III, and IV. He is the current President of the Jesuit High School Foundation, a board member of Lumina AI, and has been involved with several other boards and committees, including the Roche Surety and Casualty Board, the Eastern US Board of the Salesian Sisters, and the GuidEd Board.

Carl Carpenter is a native of Plant City, Florida. He attended the University of Florida, where he earned a degree in pharmacy. In 1978, Carl was elected to the Florida House of Representatives and served until 1992. Carl also served as Majority Leader (1982-1984) and as Chairman of the Rules and Calendar Committee (1986- 1987). Carl has dedicated his life to public service by serving on numerous boards: Hillsborough County School Board; Board of County Commissioners; Hillsborough County Hospital & Welfare Board Chairman and Hillsborough County Aviation Authority. Carl enjoys fishing, hunting and spending time with his grandchildren.

The Honorable Jessica G. Costello serves as a Hillsborough County Court Judge, presiding over Domestic Violence injunction matters and County Civil cases. She lectures on interpersonal violence protective injunctions statewide and was selected as Administrative Judge of the Hillsborough County Court Civil Division. Previously, she was an Assistant Statewide Prosecutor with the Florida Attorney General’s Office, focusing on organized crime. Judge Costello has been recognized as a ‘Leader in the Law’ by the Florida Association of Women Lawyers and ‘Outstanding Jurist of the Year’ by the Hillsborough County Bar Association. She values her roles as wife to Shane and mother to their son Cameron. Her community commitment includes serving on the boards of the Junior League of Tampa, Florida’s Statewide Children and Youth Cabinet, and as a MacDill Air Force Base Honorary Commander.

Ed Droste is a native of Waverly, Iowa, and a graduate of Iowa State University. In 1973, Ed joined U.S. Home Corp. He left in 1976 to form his own firm, Provident Management Corp., specializing in resort management in Tampa Bay, South Florida, and the Florida Keys. Ed is co-founder of Hooters Restaurants, originating in Clearwater in 1983, now with more than 300 locations around the world and products in thousands of grocery outlets throughout the country. The Drostes are Co-Founders of Splitsville and Pete & Shorty’s Entertainment and Dining Concepts. Ed was appointed by the Governor to serve on the Florida Prostate Cancer Advisory Board and has been honored with the “Mr. Clearwater” Award, named TEKE Alumnus of the Year, and inducted into the Tampa Bay Business Hall of Fame. His wife Marsha serves on committees for Random Acts of Flowers, Moffitt Pinellas Partners and Chapel by the Sea on Clearwater Beach.

Valerie Goddard is the CEO and Chief Strategist of The Goddard Group, a consulting firm that supports organizations specializing in education, healthcare, and community development. Valerie has served in executive leadership roles for the Department of Defense, higher education institutions, healthcare, and nonprofit organizations for more than two decades. Valerie was a gubernatorial appointee to three Florida governors and is a past chair of the Children’s Board of Hillsborough County. In addition to her work with the Goddard Group, Valerie advocates for under-resourced communities and vulnerable populations. Valerie is a founding member of Moffitt’s George Edgecomb Society, which ensures equitable health outcomes and the elimination of cancer health disparities in Black communities. She actively partners with various stakeholders to expand opportunities and improve access to vital resources to improve health outcomes and overall quality of life.

Reginald Goins is President and COO of both Pepsi-Cola Bottling Co. of New York, Inc., and Canada Dry Delaware Valley Bottling Co. He has over 30 years of general management experience within large global corporations and has experience managing sales, operations, marketing, finance, and business development. Reginald has received numerous awards including the 2021 Spirit of New York Award from Volunteers of America as well as Coca-Cola Ambassador to the Olympic Games Canada and Beijing in 2008 & 2010. Reginald is Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Pepsi-Cola Bottlers Association and Chairman of the Board for Volunteers of America – Greater New York. Reginald holds a MBA from Prairie View A&M University and a BA in Finance from Morehouse College and resides in New York City with his wife of 33 years and their two sons.

John Grant was elected to the Florida House of Representatives in 1980 and to the Florida Senate in 1986. He served in the Legislature with six governors for 21 years and chaired seven standing and numerous select committees. John was recognized nationally for work in mental health issues and later served in the Governor’s Executive Office as the first executive director of the Office of Statewide Public Guardian. In the private sector, John was executive vice president and general counsel of Liquidmetal Technologies and later formed a government consulting company. John and his son, Florida Representative James Grant, were strong advocates of Moffitt Cancer Center in the Legislature. John is a charter graduate of the University of South Florida, holds a M.S. in Government from Florida State University, a J.D. from Stetson College of Law and doctor of Humane Letters from Trinity College of Florida. He currently practices law in Tampa and serves as president of Seniors Across America, a national senior citizens advocacy organization.

Senator Jim Hargrett, a lifelong Tampa resident, has dedicated his career to public service. After earning his B.A. from Morehouse College and M.B.A. from Atlanta University, he began his professional journey as a National Bank Examiner for the U.S. Comptroller Of Currency and for 13 years, he served as the CEO of a local savings and loan association. In 1982, Hargrett was elected to the Florida House of Representatives, where he represented the 63rd District for five terms. He subsequently served two terms in the Florida State Senate, representing the Tampa Bay region. Throughout his legislative career, Hargrett chaired numerous powerful committees, including the Senate Transportation Committee and the Senate Budget Committee for Transportation and Economic Development, and served on various boards and committees across the Tampa Bay area. Hargrett has been recognized for his contributions with numerous awards, including induction into the Florida Public Transportation Association Hall of Fame and the Outstanding Young Man of America award.

Ben Hill, a founding shareholder and chair of Hill Ward Henderson, is a member of the litigation group practicing primarily in professional liability, commercial and complex litigation. He has been involved in several high-profile cases, including the initial litigation involving the Bucs and the Skyway Bridge case. He is a board-certified Civil Trial Lawyer and has been recognized by his peers as a member of the Hall of Fame of Florida Legal Elite. He is a Fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers. Ben has served as President of The Florida Bar and the Hillsborough County Bar. He served on the executive committee of the American Bar Association and chaired the committee that vetted over one hundred presidential nominees for federal judgeships throughout the United States. He has a B.S. degree from The Citadel and a J.D. degree from the University of Florida College of Law.

Jones is a highly accomplished professional with extensive experience in the investment and legal sectors. He co-founded and manages Third Lake Partners, a global investment firm and founded Fairbourne Properties, a Chicago real estate investment firm. He also co-founded and served as CEO of Third Lake Capital, and previously an executive at CEA Group, an international investment banking firm. In Washington, D.C., he held significant legal and executive roles, including chief legal counsel and deputy chief of staff to former U.S. Senate majority leader Trent Lott. Jones was President and CEO of the 2012 Republican National Convention in Tampa. He serves on various civic and philanthropic boards, including the Florida Board of Governors, the Florida Council of 100 and Investment Committee Chair of the Florida Pension Fund. Jones holds a bachelor’s degree with honors in communication from Florida State University and juris doctor from the University of Florida College of Law.

Dr. Edison Liu is Professor of Cancer Genomics at The Jackson Laboratory, an independent, nonprofit research organization renowned for its work in mammalian genetics and functional genomics, where he previously held the positions of President and CEO, and Director of its NCI-designated cancer center (2011-2021). Prior to this, he was the founding executive director of the Genome Institute of Singapore and the president of the Human Genome Organization. He was also previously the scientific director of the National Cancer Institute’s Division of Clinical Sciences, and earlier, as a professor at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, he was responsible for its breast cancer research program. Recipient of numerous awards, Dr. Liu is known for his work on the genomic biology of breast cancer through his over 340 publications. Dr. Liu obtained his B.S. in Chemistry and Psychology, as well as his M.D., at Stanford University.

Fred Lynch is currently an Operating Partner at AEA Investors. Prior to joining AEA, Fred served for 12 years as President and CEO of Masonite International (NYSE:DOOR), a leading global building products manufacturer headquartered in Tampa. Fred joined Masonite from Alpharma, a global pharmaceutical company, where he served as President of the Human Generics Division and Senior Vice President of Global Supply Chain. Prior to Alpharma, Fred’s career spanned 18 years at Honeywell International, most recently as Vice President of the Specialty Chemical Business. Fred serves on the board of Ingevity Corporation, a publicly traded specialty chemical firm (NYSE:NGVT), as well as AEA portfolio company boards, including Tile Bar, Ascential Technologies, Process Sensing Technologies, Verdesian and Nations Roof. He holds a B.S in Chemical Engineering from Villanova University and an M.B.A. in Finance from Temple University.

H. Lee Moffitt is a former Speaker of the Florida House of Representatives and the founder of Moffitt Cancer Center. A Tampa native, Lee received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of South Florida and his Juris Doctor from Cumberland School of Law. He chaired the Commerce Committee and the House Reapportionment Committee before being elected Speaker of the House. Lee has received numerous honors and distinctions, some of which are the Leadership Florida Lifetime Achievement Award, the Florida Trend’s Florida Icon Award, Honorary Doctorate of Humane Letters from the Florida Board of Regents, BioFlorida’s Lifetime Achievement Award, the H. L. Culbreath Jr. Profile in Leadership Award in 2022 and most recently, 2025 Outstanding Citizen of the Year by the Tampa Metro Civitan’s. Lee actively serves on boards and committees in the public and private sectors, including Florida’s I-4 High Tech Corridor Council. He is president of H. Lee Moffitt, P.A., a government relations law firm in Tampa.

Born and raised in Tampa, Florida. John has a BS Engineering, Master of Civil Engineering and Honorary Doctor of Engineering, from the University of South Florida. He is also a graduate of the Harvard Business School Advanced Management Program. Employee of TECO Energy for 41 years, John has served in positions ranging from cooperative education student to various engineering assignments and several executive positions, including CFO, COO, President, CEO and Director. John is the retired Chair of the Board for GuideWell Mutual Holding Corp., Florida Blue Inc., Tampa Chamber of Commerce, the Hillsborough County Economic Development Corporation, the Tampa Bay Partnership Governors Council, the Southeastern Electric Exchange and the USF Board of Trustees. John and his wife Naida have two children and two grandchildren.

Francisco Sánchez is a member of the International Trade Practice at Holland & Knight, LLP. Previously, Francisco was chairman of CNS Global Advisors, providing strategic advice to companies and governments worldwide. Until 2013, he served as Under Secretary for International Trade at the U.S. Department of Commerce, appointed by President Obama in 2009. During the Clinton Administration, Francisco served as the Assistant Secretary for Aviation and International Affairs at the U.S. Department of Transportation. He also served as Special Assistant to President Clinton and Chief of Staff to the Special Envoy to the Americas. He has been named as one of the 100 Most Influential Hispanics by Bloomberg. Francisco also serves as Chair of the Aspen Institute Latinos & Society Program. Francisco obtained his B.A. and J.D. from Florida State University and holds a master’s in public administration from Harvard University.

Pam Stewart is the former Florida Commissioner of Education, serving as chief educational officer of Florida and administrative head of the FDOE. Pam has served for over 40 years in education, beginning her career as a schoolteacher and continuing as a guidance counselor, testing/research specialist, assistant principal, and principal at both elementary and high school levels. Currently, Pam serves as Executive Director of the nonprofit, Florida League of International Baccalaureate Schools. In 2004, she joined FDOE’s Division of Public Schools as deputy chancellor for educator quality. Pam served as deputy superintendent for academic services in St. Johns County and, in 2011 was named chancellor of public schools before being appointed as commissioner of education in 2013. Pam holds a B.A. in Elementary Education/Early Childhood from the University of South Florida and an M.Ed. in Counselor Education from the University of Central Florida.

John, along with his wife (Holly) and daughter (Ali St Cyr), founded Tomlin St. Cyr Real Estate Services (TSC) in 2016. TSC added Pineapple Title, Pineapple Insurance and Pineapple Mortgage as Affiliated Businesses to better serve their clients. They have been recognized twice as one of the 50 fastest-growing companies in Tampa Bay. John, a Wharton MBA, joined AAA Auto Club South as Vice President of Insurance and Financial Services. In 1999, he was appointed Executive Vice President and in 2009, became President and Chief Executive Officer. At AAA, John developed two AAA Insurance companies. In addition, he grew a strong sales force focusing on outstanding customer service, which resulted in $2.5 billion in revenues serving members in 11 states. John infuses that same culture in Tomlin St. Cyr Real Estate, resulting in extraordinary success. John remains active in Junior Achievement, Boys and Girls Club and Corbett Prep.

Mark Watson worked for more than 40 years with Deloitte & Touche. While there, he served as Tampa Marketplace Leader for Healthcare and Life Science practices. Before coming to Tampa, Mark led the Healthcare & Life Sciences practices in Cincinnati and New York, and led the National Health Sciences and Government Regulatory and Compliance practice. He served on Deloitte’s strategic task force and served on the AICPA’s Healthcare Committee and helped author the Healthcare Industry Guide for the U.S. Mark has served with numerous professional and community organizations, such as the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Healthcare Compliance Association. Mark has served and currently serves on several public and private boards, holds a B.S. in Accounting from Marquette University, and is a licensed CPA in the state of Florida.
