Serves 12

Ingredients 

Eggs - (lightly whipped) - 8

Leftover turkey – (deboned and shredded) 3 cups

Stuffing/dressing - 2 cups

Green beans (chopped) – 1 cup

Other salad leftovers -  1 cup

Leftover potato – 1 cup

Method:

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.

Lightly coat 2 - non-stick baking pan (pie pan) with extra virgin olive oil

Pour combined ingredients

Place baking pie pans on a large baking sheet lined with 2 cups of water.

Bake 20 -25  minutes or until done.
