  • Research Interest

Dr. Andor's research focuses on the development and integration of methods to quantify the clonal composition of a tumor from different perspectives, including its genome, transcriptome and appearance.  Overall goal is to use these clone characteristics to inform how a tumo's environment can be altered in order to favor certain tumor subclones over others.
