Research

Dr. Wang’s research seeks to identify, validate and functionally characterize biomarkers that will inform the assessments of cancer risk, the detection of early-stage cancers, and the response and outcomes of our patients. His current research efforts are focused on the detection and quantification of cell-free and circulating nucleic acids as predictors of therapy response and survival, especially in the context of prostate cancer.
