TAMPA, Fla. — The National Association for Business Resources has recognized Moffitt Cancer Center as one of the 2019 Best and Brightest Companies to Work For in the Nation.

This is the third time the cancer center has appeared on the list that honors organizations that display a commitment to excellence in operations and employee enrichment that lead to increased productivity and financial performance. Moffitt is one of 540 national organizations being honored out of 2,000 nominations.

“We’re thrilled to be nominated for the Best and Brightest award, and to be recognized for having a workplace culture that helps our team members thrive,” said Moffitt Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer Mariana Bugallo-Muros. “At the heart of our culture are the Moffitt team members who are committed to our mission, exemplify our values, and are driven to put our patients first.”

With over 20 years of experience conducting the Best and Brightest competitions, the National Association for Business Resources has identified numerous human resources best practices and provided benchmarking for companies that continue to be leaders in employment standards.

“With the war on talent hitting the door steps of the Best and Brightest, this achievement means even more than it did a year ago,” said Jennifer Kluge, president and CEO, Best and Brightest Programs. “As we continue to raise the bar, these companies rise to the challenge through cultural innovation, maximizing their workforce potential.”
