This campus brings together hospital-based care, outpatient services and advanced research facilities in one location, supporting patients with complex diagnoses, specialized treatment needs and access to leading-edge clinical trials.

Who Is Magnolia For?

The Magnolia campus is designed for patients who:

Require complex cancer care, including surgery, inpatient treatment or multidisciplinary care
Need access to specialized services, advanced diagnostics or clinical trials
Are seeking a second opinion or comprehensive treatment planning
Have been referred for highly specialized therapies or coordinated care across multiple teams

Many patients begin their care at Magnolia to establish a treatment plan, then continue certain services at other Moffitt locations when appropriate. Care is coordinated across campuses to ensure continuity at every stage.

Specialized Oncology Programs

Care at Magnolia is supported by Moffitt’s full range of disease-focused clinical programs, ensuring access to subspecialty expertise across all cancer types.

Treatment plans are developed by multidisciplinary teams, allowing patients to benefit from coordinated input across surgical, medical and radiation oncology, as well as supportive care services.

Moffitt Magnolia Campus Tour

Located in north Tampa, Moffitt Cancer Center is on the campus of the University of South Florida, at the corner of Magnolia and West Holly.

Complimentary valet parking is available for all Moffitt Cancer Center patients and visitors at the main campus.

Red Valet - located at the main hospital entrance. Hours are from 6 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Gold Valet - located at the Muriel Rothman Building (Clinic) entrance and Vincent A. Stabile Research Building on the north side motor court. Hours are from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Friday and 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.

Blue Valet - located in the South Parking Garage. Hours are from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Patients and visitors may self-park in the following designated areas. Parking in other spots may result in parking citations or having a boot added to your vehicle. Do not park in spaces labeled Reserved.

Gold Garage: please follow signs to Gold Valet and see a valet attendant for instructions. Self-parking is available on the 3rd and 4th floors and is designated by green signs.
Blue Garage: self-parking is available in the area immediately to your left as you pull into the garage on the 1st floor. Additional self-parking is also available throughout the 1st and 2nd floors.
Two surface lots at the main entrance of Magnolia Campus are also available to patients and visitors for self-parking. One lot is located directly across from Blue Garage and the other is accessible via the first right turn as you travel towards Gold Valet. Both lots fill up quickly. If you’re unable to find a space, please proceed to the garages.

Self-Parking and Directions to RV Parking

Directions to Moffitt's Magnolia Campus in North Tampa

From Interstate 275 (I-275) northbound:

Drive north (towards Ocala) on Interstate 275. Exit I-275 at Fletcher Avenue.
Drive east on Fletcher, past 30th Street (Bruce B. Downs). (Drive just beyond AdventHealth)
Turn right on USF Magnolia Drive (at light). Drive south on USF Magnolia Drive to Moffitt Cancer Center.
Follow signs to the complimentary valet.

From areas north or south of Tampa, Interstate 75 (I-75):

Take Fletcher Avenue exit and drive west to USF Magnolia Drive (just before AdventHealth.)
Turn left on Magnolia (at light). Drive south on USF Magnolia Drive to Moffitt Cancer Center.

Traveling from Interstate 4 (I-4):

Exit onto I-75 north (Ocala exit) and follow the above directions from Interstate 75.
Follow signs to the complimentary valet.
