Interventional pain management services are available at Moffitt Cancer Center as part of our Anesthesiology Program. For cancer patients who are experiencing discomfort as a result of their diagnoses or treatment side effects, we offer a variety of effective techniques to relieve and manage various forms of chronic and acute pain. Our goal is to help our patients improve their function, minimize their need for medications and achieve a better quality of life.

Moffitt’s highly focused, multispecialty team is skilled in providing the latest pain management techniques, including advanced, minimally invasive procedures designed to provide effective, potent analgesia. We understand that each patient’s pain is unique, so we create individualized treatment plans using evidence-based medicine.

At Moffitt, we are committed to delivering excellent patient care, conducting extensive research and promoting world-class education. We are a proud participant and training site for physicians in the University of South Florida Morsani College of Medicine, including the Pain Medicine fellowship program, the Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation residency program, and the Neurology residency program
