The Moffitt Cancer Center catchment area currently includes 15 counties spanning West Central Florida. This area is home to 6.2 million people (30% of the state’s population) with an anticipated growth of 11.8% by 2025. These counties are also the source of 78% of Moffitt’s patients.
These counties include: Hillsborough, Pasco, Pinellas, Polk, Charlotte, Citrus, Desoto, Hardee, Hernando, Highlands, Lake, Lee, Manatee, Sarasota, and Sumter.
