TAMPA, Fla. — Donnetta Horseman, chief compliance officer for Moffitt Cancer Center, is featured in Compliance Today magazine. She will contribute to a regular “Training tips” column every other month.

Her first article focuses on training a newly remote workforce. The global COVID-19 pandemic has forced many organizations to transition employees from the office to a work-from-home model. In her September column, she shares tips on how to more effectively engage and train new hires virtually.

Horseman has managed a comprehensive health care compliance program since joining Moffitt in 2014. Prior to that, she was vice president and corporate responsibility officer for CaroMont Health. Horseman has over 20 years of experience in health care leadership.

Compliance Today is the Health Care Compliance Association’s monthly publication targeting health care compliance professionals including compliance department staff, privacy officers, health care executives, in-house counsel and compliance attorneys and internal auditors.
