  • Who is invited to the event?

    Any patient who has received transplant or CAR-T therapy at Moffitt Cancer Center

  • Can I bring an additional guest?

    Space is limited. Each survivor can only bring 1 guest. Only the survivor and 1 guest will be allowed into the event. This is to enable more survivors to attend this meaningful event.

  • What is the date of the event?

    October 5, 2024

  • What time does the event start to finish?

    Guest arrival/registration will be from 11-12p, with formal lunch event from 12-3pm. Following closing remarks, we will have time for gathering and socializing from 3-5pm.

     

  • Where is the event location?

  • Where do I park?

    Valet parking will be provided.

  • Is there lodging available for guests? If so, how do I register?

    A discounted room block is available for our reunion guests to make their own reservations. The link is: https://book.passkey.com/go/MoffittBoneMarrowReunion2024

  • Can I extend the additional night stay at the hotel?

    Requests for nights outside of the block would need to be sent to the hotel to see if we are able to accommodate

  • What is the appropriate dress code?

    The dress code is Business Casual

  • Do I have to make food choice selection in advance?

    Yes, food options will be provided after registration and as we near the time of the event. For food allergies, please notify us at the time of food option selection

  • Do I have to bring an identification card or the invitation with me? How about my guests, if any?

    Yes, identification is required for registration/check in

  • Is alcohol provided?

    A cash bar will be available for purchase of alcoholic beverages

  • What will happen if I am on the waitlist?

    If space opens up and we can accommodate you, you will receive a separate email to re-register. We suggest that you re-register as soon as possible so don’t miss the opportunity.
