Cancer Survivorship Clinic
As survivors travel through the different phases of their cancer journey, the Cancer Survivorship Clinic can help young adult patients to address different challenges that emerge after completing therapy. We are committed to recognizing survivorship as a distinct phase or the cancer care continuum. We offer a one-time Onco-wellness visit for patients who are transitioning from cancer therapy into surveillance.
