This is the seventh year that the cancer center has appeared on the list, which highlights organizations that display a commitment to excellence in their human resources practices and employee enrichment. Organizations are assessed based on categories such as communication, work-life balance, employee education, diversity, recognition and retention.

“Receiving the Best and Brightest award nomination for the seventh consecutive year fills us with deep honor. It stands as a testament to our unwavering dedication to our team members,” said Jack McKenna, senior vice president and chief human resources officer. “At Moffitt, our primary objective is to foster a dynamic atmosphere where our team members not only flourish but also embark on personal growth journeys.”

“Those companies that made the list of Best and Brightest Companies to Work For, as well as those companies that continue to make the list, are truly remarkable. Given today’s need for talent, retention of talent and the further issues related to the pandemic, these companies have proven they are superior to market conditions. They are elite thinkers, and this honor demonstrates their commitment to excellence,” said Jennifer Kluge, president and CEO of NABR and The Best and Brightest Program.
