The objective of this study is to examine cancer risk and preventive behaviors, knowledge, attitudes, and perceptions among patients with and without HIV served by CAN Community Health.

Inclusion Criteria
- Inclusion Criteria:
- Age 18 or older
- Any participant who received care (i.e., medical, behavioral, labs, pharmaceutical) at any CAN Community Health location nationwide within the past 12 months
- Language preference of English or Spanish
- Active user of Phreesia
