Application Process and Qualifications

Pre-requisites include an advanced pharmacy degree from an Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE)-accredited program and licensure, or eligibility for pharmacy licensure, in the state of Florida.

Candidates are strongly encouraged to schedule a preliminary interview through the Personnel Placement Service at the ASHP Midyear Clinical Meeting in December. Preference will be given to candidates who have completed this interview.

Interested candidates should submit a letter of intent, curriculum vitae, transcripts and three letters of reference via PhORCAS. The deadline for submission of application materials is January 7th.

The selection of candidates will be made based on the consensus of the Residency Advisory Board (RAB), the Director of Pharmacy and the Residency Director. Selected applicants are requested to visit for on-site interviews during January and February.
