May 17, 2012

"They are like good friends that are with you, by your side."

Brian was first diagnosed with leukemia in 1997. Ten years later, his doctors discovered that it had returned. In an effort to fully rid his body of the disease, Brian underwent a bone marrow transplant at Moffitt Cancer Center.

Listen to Brian describe how his faith, positive thinking, self-education and Moffitt Cancer Center have helped through his leukemia cancer treatment. Also, Brian discusses the process of finding a donor and the joy of eventually meeting them.
