3 cups blackberries, rinsed
2 tablespoons turbinado sugar
½ teaspoon cinnamon
1 (10 ounce) Publix Bakery no sugar added angel food cake
16 ounces low-fat Greek yogurt
2 tablespoon agave syrup
1 orange, zested
1 ounce bittersweet chocolate, shaved
Macerate 2½ cups of blackberries with turbinado sugar, cinnamon and reserve for 30 minutes.
Dice the angel food cake into ½ inch dice.
Mix the yogurt, agave syrup and zest.
In a large trifle dish or individual trifle glasses, place a layer of angel food cake first and top with a layer of blackberries, and then layer with yogurt. Continue to layer until you reach the top of the glass. Garnish with shaved chocolate and a few blackberries that were not macerated.
