I am interested in investigating the function and regulation of protein ubiquitination machineries, particularly in DNA damage response.  Protein ubiquitination has emerged as a key mechanism for regulating DNA repair signaling, such as in the case of the Fanconi Anemia (FA) pathway.  I am interested in further elucidating the role of protein ubiquitination machineries in regulating the FA pathway and DNA damage response in general.
