Overview

Dr. Neves is interested in developing novel treatments for people diagnosed with skin cancers. His foci are the treatment of melanoma, Merkel cell, basal and squamous cell carcinomas, rare skin cancers as well as oncologic reconstruction. His research interests include the translation of physiological and molecular mechanisms of tumor resistance, particularly in melanoma, as well as drug development for clinical trials in melanoma and advanced basal and squamous cell carcinomas.
