About the art in this issue:
Besides being a painter, Marguerite Bride is also a registered nurse. When she moved to the Berkshires in western Massachusetts in 1995, she started pursuing her lifelong dream of becoming an artist. Born and raised in New England, she has spent the last 10 years capturing the beauty of the buildings, farmsteads, countrysides and street scenes in watercolor. Her love of painting buildings brought many requests for custom house portraits, resulting in a specialty for which she has become widely known and respected. Her work is exhibited in numerous public buildings and in private collections in the United States, France, Italy, and England. Visit http://www.margebride.com to see more of her paintings.
