Dr. Mohamad Eid is a member of the Internal Medicine faculty at Moffitt Cancer Canter. In addition, Dr. Eid is an Assistant Professor at the USF Morsani College of Medicine. Dr. Eid received his MD degree from Ross University School of Medicine, Portsmouth, Dominica. After receiving his degree, Dr. Eid completed an Internal Medicine Residency at Oak Hill Hospital, Brooksville, Florida and currently is employed there as an Academic Hospitalist and Core Faculty Member, and part of the Internal Medicine Residency Program of Oak Hill Hospital. Dr. Eid’s clinical interests are in early recognition and treatment of medical complications of oncological diseases using the latest evidenced-based medical care. In addition, he is focused on ensuring world-class patient care with emphasis on quality and patient safety. Dr. Eid's research interest is in quality improvement projects as they relate to early recognition of medical complications of oncological diseases and appropriate response using the latest evidenced-based guidelines.
