WHO: Moffitt Cancer Center, the only National Cancer Institute-designated Comprehensive Cancer Center based in Florida, will host the 11th annual Miles for Moffitt presented by AutoNation on Saturday, May 14, 2016.
WHAT: Miles for Moffitt will welcome runners and walkers taking part in Moffitt’s mission to contribute to the prevention and cure of cancer. Participants can choose to do the new 15K challenge, 10K, 5K, 1-mile run/walk, wheelchair race, Kids Dash or be a virtual runner. As always, 100 percent of all registration fees and donations go directly to support cancer research at Moffitt. Thanks to the generous support of community members, Miles for Moffitt continues to grow every year with additional participants, patients and family members coming together to be part of something special. Participants can register for a running clinic, hosted by Fit2Run, where they can meet clinic trainers and receive answers to questions they may have about running this race.

Running Clinic: 6:30 p.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays and 7 a.m. Saturdays for 10
weeks beginning Tuesday, March 8.
