Moffitt Cancer Center Hosts Screening of HPV Documentary

WHO: Moffitt Cancer Center, the only National Cancer Institute-designated Comprehensive Cancer Center based in Florida.

WHAT: Moffitt will host a screening of “Someone You Love: The HPV Epidemic,” a feature length in-depth documentary about the human papillomavirus. Filmmakers Frederic Lumeire and Mark Hefti follow the lives of five women who have been affected by HPV-related cervical cancer in hopes of shedding light on this often misunderstood infection and the vaccine that can prevent it.

This event is free and open to the public.
