WHO: Moffitt Cancer Center, the only National Cancer Institute-designated Comprehensive Cancer Center based in Florida, and the American Society of Clinical Pathology (ASCP) will present “Moffitt Cancer Center: Boundless opportunities in pathology, research and education.”
WHAT: The presentation will take place during the opening reception of the ASCP’s annual meeting being held at the Tampa Convention Center. Each year the meeting hosts 1,500 pathologists, medical residents and laboratory professionals.
Moffitt’s opening presentation will feature Moffitt’s Chair of Hematopathology and Laboratory Medicine, Lynn Moscinski, M.D., and Chair of Anatomic Pathology and Executive Director of the Morsani Molecular Diagnostic Laboratory, Anthony Magliocco, M.D..
Throughout the conference Moffitt will showcase various clinical, research and educational projects at an exhibition booth. Additionally, Moffitt staff will present various findings related to pathology and healthcare.
