Moffitt Cancer Center Hosts Free Integrative Medicine Event

TAMPA, Fla. – Moffitt Cancer Center will host Integrative Medicine: A Day of Health, Healing and Wellness – a free event for survivors, patients, caregivers and providers – from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 18, at the Stabile Research Building, 12902 Magnolia Drive.

The sessions and workshops include:

  • Overview of Integrative Medicine
  • Nutrition
  • Emotional wellness and health
  • Gentle yoga
  • Dancing your way to wellness
  • The power of breath in health and wellness
  • Acupuncture
  • Meditation and wellness
  • Conversations with God
  • Qigong
  • Massage, lymphadema, breast health
  • Vitamins and supplements
