Moffitt Joins The Tampa Yankees For Pink Out Night

Game Brings Awareness to Breast Cancer


The Tampa Yankees and Moffitt Cancer Center


The Tampa Yankees will host their third Breast Cancer Awareness night as they battle the Charlotte Stone Crabs. Special breast cancer-themed jerseys worn by Tampa Yankees players will be auctioned throughout the game. Fans also may purchase a pink prize balloon that will be filled with a surprise! Pink Out’s first pitch will be thrown by Moffitt’s Dr. John Kiluk, breast surgical oncologist. Other Pink Out special guests include Dr. Christine Laronga, program leader of the Don and Erika Wallace Comprehensive Breast Program; and Moffitt’s Center for Women’s Oncology team. Tickets are $4 for general admission, $6 reserved seating. A portion of all proceeds will benefit breast cancer research.
