TAMPA, Fla. -- H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center & Research Institute announces Brian Rivers, Ph.D. as assistant professor in the Health Outcomes and Behavior Program.
He is the executive director of the Florida Prostate Cancer Network. Rivers received his Ph.D. from the University of Alabama and his M.P.H. in social and behavioral science from the Morehouse School of Medicine.
Prior to joining Moffitt, Rivers was senior research scientist and associate director for administration in the Center for the Study of Health Disparities at Texas A & M University.
Rivers is a member of the Society for Public Health Education and the American Public Health Association.
