Tampa, FL – H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center & Research Institute announces Indira Umamaheswaran, M.B.B.S., as an instructor and physician in the Psychosocial and Palliative Care Division.
Dr. Umamaheswaran received her medical degree from Calicut University, India. She completed her residency in neurology at the University of South Florida in 2005. Following her residency, she participated in a pain fellowship at USF.
In 2001, H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center and Research Institute earned NCI Comprehensive Cancer Center status in recognition of its excellence in research and contributions to clinical trials, prevention and cancer control.
