TAMPA, Fla. – H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center & Research Institute announces Aejaz Nasir, M.D., as assistant professor in the Anatomic Pathology Department.
Nasir received his M.B. from the University of the Punjab, Allama Iqbal Medical College and received his M.Phil. in anatomic pathology from the University of the Punjab. He completed a one-year fellowship in gastrointestinal/hepatic pathology at Emory University Hospital and a two-year fellowship in oncologic surgical pathology at Moffitt. Most recently, Nasir worked at the Laboratory Corporation of America in North Carolina as a gastrointestinal pathologist.
Nasir is a member of the American Society of Clinical Oncology, the American Association of Cancer Research and the American Gastroenterological Association.
In 2001, H.
