Residency and Fellowship Programs
Moffitt is the affiliate clinical training site for a number of University of South Florida Graduate Medical Education programs. Residents and fellows in non-cancer specialties rotate at Moffitt to experience our unique educational environment and learn more about treating patients fighting cancer.
Moffitt also administers the ACGME accredited USF programs in Radiation Oncology, Cytopathology, Cardio-Oncology, Dermatopathology, Hematology/Oncology, Gynecologic Oncology, Hematopathology, Musculoskeletal Oncology and Surgical Oncology programs. Residents and fellows in these programs spend the majority of their time on Moffitt’s campus, working closely with the Moffitt faculty and gaining the skills necessary for a successful oncologic career.
On the cutting edge of cancer care, Moffitt provides fellowship programs that are not yet eligible for ACGME accreditation. These fellowships allow physicians to specialize even further in Advanced Gastroenterology, Advanced Radiation Oncology, Blood & Marrow Transplant, Brachytherapy, Breast Imaging, Breast Surgical Oncology, Breast Surgical Pathology, Gastrointestinal Surgical Pathology, Head & Neck Surgical Pathology, Interventional Radiation Oncology, Medical Neuro Oncology, Neurosurgical Oncology, Surgical Pathology, Molecular Pathology, Surgical Oncology Research, Thoracic Surgical Oncology and Urologic Oncology.
