Qualifications

  • Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an ACPE-accredited College of Pharmacy
  • Licensure, or eligibility for licensure, in the state of Florida

Applications

Interested applicants are required to submit the following via PhORCAS:

  • Letter of intent
  • Curriculum vitae
  • Three letters of recommendation
  • Transcripts

Deadline: January 2, 2023 by 11:59pm EST

Interviews

Selected candidates will be invited for interviews:

  • Onsite
  • Half day (afternoon)
  • Late January through early February

Prospective candidates are strongly encouraged to meet with the program director and current resident at the ASHP Midyear Clinical Meeting in December during the Residency Showcase.
