The primary objective of this pilot project is the optimization of high-grade glioma tissue dissociation with a focus on maintaining tumor cell viability.This study will prospectively acquire tissue specimen of primary high-grade and/or recurrent glioma from patients currently being treated at Moffitt Cancer Center .
