Study Title:
Cancer-Related Cognitive Impairment: Real-Time Evaluation and Assessment of Long-Term Impact of Treatment on Young Adult Survivors (CRCI REALITY)
Objective:
Aim 1: To understand YA survivors experience with long-term CRCI. Aim 2: To pilot real time assessment of long-term CRCI (with EMA) and SBCF (with EMA and actigraphy) among YA survivors.

Inclusion Criteria
- Inclusion Criteria:
- Age 18-30 years
- Diagnosed with any type of non-central nervous system cancer within the last 5 years
- Have self-reported cancer related cognitive impairment (CRCI)
- Treated for cancer with any type of treatment (surgery, radiation, chemotherapy, hormone therapy, immunotherapy, etc).
- Able to speak and read English
- Not pregnant

Exclusion Criteria
- Exclusion Criteria:
- Evidence of central nervous system metastases
- Documented or observable psychiatric or neurological disorders that would interfere with study participation (i.e., schizophrenia, epilepsy)
- Recent history (within the last 5 years) of brain injury or stroke
- Participants in Aim 1 are excluded from Aim 2
