Inclusion Criteria

Inclusion Criteria:

  • 18 year of age or older
  • Patient of the Department of Cutaneous Oncology at H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center or Department of Dermatology & Cutaneous Surgery at the University of South Florida Morsani College of Medicine who are:
  • Clinical diagnosis of cutaneous T-cell lymphoma per NCCN guidelines

  • Exclusion Criteria

    Exclusion Criteria:

  • Inability to provide informed consent
  • Inability to fill out the Qualtrics survey
  • Prior participation in this study
