Summary
The goal of this study is to empower breast cancer survivors to make positive lifestyle changes and examine changes in health related quality of life in transition through the phases of survivorship through education on skills to strengthen their bodies, mind and spirit.
Objective
The primary objective of this project is to empower the breast cancer survivor to make positive lifestyle modifications and examine changes in health related quality in transitions the phases in survivorship through education on skills to strengthen their bodies, mind and spirit.
The secondary objective of this project is to transform habits to more healthful eating and food procurement to benefit the survivor and their families.
