Dominic SeraphinVice President, Strategic Alliances & Network
Dominic Seraphin is the vice president, Strategic Alliances & Network at Moffitt Cancer Center. He oversees and leads the business development and operational activities needed to expand access to Moffitt services to more patients throughout the Tampa Bay area and beyond.
Moffitt’s Strategic Alliances & Network team focuses on partnering with health systems to provide Moffitt’s world-class service, research and expertise to patients outside of Tampa by offering the opportunity to be treated by a Moffitt clinician at their local hospital.
Seraphin is an accomplished health care administrator, bringing nearly 30 years of leadership experience with leading multi-hospital academic and nonacademic systems to this role. Prior to joining Moffitt, Seraphin served in strategic planning, business development and administrative roles with Johns Hopkins Medicine in Baltimore, for domestic and international markets.
Seraphin received his Bachelor of Science from State University of New York at Stony Brook and his master’s in health services administration from The George Washington University, Washington, D.C.
