Our pathologists act as consultants to the clinician, defining appropriate tests and interpreting their results. After diagnosis, additional tests may be performed to assess prognosis, progression of the disease and response to treatment. Our pathologists and clinical laboratories are actively involved in the translation of new discoveries into clinical diagnostics, with new testing and new methodologies being added continuously.
Diagnostic modalities include bone marrow, body fluid and peripheral blood interpretation, flow cytometry, lymph node pathology and evaluation of extranodal lymphoid disorders.
