Dr. Chinnaiyan's laboratory is committed to the study of glioblastoma, with current projects focused on studying altered metabolism, radiation response and the role the unfolded protein response plays in the underlying biology of this malignancy. The overarching goal of his research is translational in nature, with a clear objective of bringing laboratory-based discoveries into the clinic.
