Dr. Hui-Yi Lin's primary research interest is in genetic statistics, especially in single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNP) data analyses. Recently, Dr. Lin's studies are focused on gene-gene and gene-environmental interactions. Her other methodology interests include sampling methods applied in behavioral health studies, longitudinal data analysis, survival analysis, clinical trials, Monte Carlo method and multivariate analysis. Dr. Lin also has profound statistical consultation experience with multidiscipline health professionals.
