Dr. Craig is an economist dedicated to improving the lives of cancer patients by informing medical decision making and health policy. He examines delivery of cancer services as well as their outcomes and cost using large administrative databases. He also translates patient-reported and clinical outcomes into decision-relevant information. In addition, he evaluates the cost-effectiveness of cancer interventions and the market potential for innovations in cancer prevention and personalized medicine. He is in the final year of a five-year NCI career development award in cancer health services research and currently is working a variety of decision analyses.
