The resident will receive health care benefits according to HLMCC employee policy as entitled for a full-time, exempt employee. For out-of-state candidates, moving expenses up to $1,000 will be paid. Expenses incurred during the interview process at HLMCC will be reimbursed up to $500 after the resident has started the residency program.
The resident will receive reimbursement for the Florida Board of Pharmacy examination fee upon passing the examination. The resident will receive reimbursement for expenses incurred for attendance at three (3) national conferences. Additional benefits include free hospital parking and unlimited use of the University of South Florida medical library and photocopiers. The resident may use at their discretion, with approval, up to twenty (20) Paid-Time-Off (PTO) days for holidays, vacation, interviews and short-term illness.
