Dr. Bryan Bognar is chairman of the Department of Internal Medicine at Moffitt Cancer Center, as well as program leader of the Psychosocial and Palliative Care Program and medical director of the Survivorship Program. He has been a member of the University of South Florida College of Medicine faculty since 1993 and is currently a clinical professor of medicine.
A graduate of the Indiana University School of Medicine, Dr. Bognar also received a master’s degree in public health from the University of South Florida. He served his residency in internal medicine at USF and was chief resident at the James A. Haley Veterans Hospital/USF College of Medicine. He completed a two-year fellowship in internal medicine at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
