An automated bank teller machine is located in the vending area on the ground floor near the cafeteria.
Magnolias Hair Salon
Magnolias Hair Salon, Moffitt Cancer Center's beauty and barber shop, is located on the ground floor directly across from the patient elevators. A licensed cosmetologist provides personal care services for patients and visitors by appointment. Consultation is also available for hair loss. Services can be scheduled in the shop or in a patient's room. Magnolias carries a variety of turbans, hats, accessories and hair prostheses. If you are interested in beauty or barber services, please ask your nurse for additional information. Magnolias is open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. Call Magnolias at 813-745-7299.
Cafeteria
The Moffitt Cancer Center cafeteria, located on the ground floor near the elevators, is open to patients, families, visitors and employees. Meals and snacks are reasonably priced.
Meals are served at the following times:
Breakfast: 6:45 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
Lunch: 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Dinner: 4 p.m. to 6:45 p.m.
Deli-grill: 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
A vending area with a variety of food and beverages is open 24 hours a day and is located adjacent to the cafeteria.
Jonathan's Deli
 Jonathan's Deli, which is in the MCC dining area, provides fresh, pre-made deli-style sandwiches, wraps, salads, fruit bowls, etc. Full coffee service is also available. The shop opens at 6:30 a.m.; it closes at 9 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Purchases can be made with Visa, MasterCard, cash or Moffitt Food Service employee payroll deduction.
Escapes
Escapes serves a variety of ice creams, frozen yogurts and coffees from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday. It is located inside the dining area of the cafeteria.
Common Grounds
Common Grounds is proud to serve Starbucks coffee. Assorted pastries, juices and drinks, magazines and newspapers are also available for purchase. Business hours are from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday. It is located on the first floor of the Moffitt Clinic Building to the right of the Information desk and next to the elevators.
Nander's Cafe
Nander's Cafe serves breakfast and lunch from 7:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Friday and is located on the first floor of the Moffitt Research Center.

Chapel and Pastoral Care
Spiritual beliefs can be a great source of strength and comfort. The Moffitt chaplains are available to provide non-denominational pastoral care, support and counseling to you and your family. Our chaplains also work closely with community religious leaders of all faiths to provide you with pastoral services. The chaplains will be happy to contact your minister or appointed spiritual leader or arrange a visit from a religious group of your choice while you are here. Our chapel, located in the main hospital on the north side of the fifth floor main lobby, is available to you and your family for prayer and meditation. An interfaith service for staff, patients and families is held at noon on Wednesdays. For information about pastoral care and spiritual support services, please call 813-745-8407.
Information Desks
Patient Relations representatives, security officers and volunteers provide patients and guests with information, directions and assistance.
- Main lobby of Moffitt Cancer Center is staffed 24 hours a day.
- Moffitt Clinic Building is staffed from 6 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
- Moffitt Research Building is staffed from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Mail Service
For your convenience, a mailbox is located at the Information desk in the front lobby. Stamps are available in Treasures Gift Shop on the first floor.
Parking/Valet Services
The entrance to visitor and patient parking is on the east side of the Cancer Center off Magnolia Drive. Limited self-parking is available in front of the Cancer Center, north side of the main entrance. Parking is also available across the street in front of the Moffitt Research Building.
Complimentary valet parking is available for all all Moffitt Cancer Center patients and visitors.
- Red valet - located at the main entrance. Operational hours are from 5 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
- Gold valet - located at the Moffitt Clinic Building entrance on the north side motor court. Operational hours are from 5 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Friday.
- Blue valet - located at the south Radiation Oncology entrance. Operational hours are from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
- Green valet - located at the Moffitt Research Center. Operational hours are from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.
A tram provides transportation between the Cancer Center and the Research Center. Wheelchair-accessible services will be provided on request.
TDD and Video Phones
TDD phones are available for those patients who are hearing impaired. Please ask your Patient Care Representative for assistance. Video phones are available for patient use and can be prescheduled through the Nursing Administrative Secretary during regular business hours.
