Advisory Groups
In order to provide strategic direction and assist with the planning and implementation of key diversity-related initiatives, Moffitt Diversity is supported by three community-based advisory groups – the Diversity Advisory Board, African-American Advisory Council and Hispanic Advisory Council. Each group facilitates the opportunity for Moffitt to remain aware of the "pulse" of the community and proactively assess its needs, and each is tasked with providing input on all aspects of Moffitt Diversity initiatives, including planning, implementation and evaluation.
Members include a diverse group of community leaders representing the various constituencies served by Moffitt. Members include representatives of the local community, as well as religious, government and business organizations.
